What does it mean if I see that my service is marked as “Pending”?
If you log in and see this, there is either a hostname error, or a matter related to your payment that requires your attention. When the issue is resolved, details for your service will be sent to you as normal, via email. If your invoice still shows as unpaid after you’ve made a payment, please contact our support team and provide your payment transaction number -- we will verify receipt of your payment and manually mark your outstanding invoice as paid so that service provisioning proceeds.
